1.) 8"20Wx2LED燈(請問要開幾多個鐘?) For new tanks, you'd better start with 4 hours and increase 1 hour every week until 8 hours a day. BTW, personally, I would not recommend LED for plants, especially the quality of each manufacturer varies much.
2.) Co2 SET 1L單頭(長開可以嗎?) For your tank size 1 bubble per second is good enough. Ideally, you should match that with the time of lighting. If for some reasons you have to turn on 24 hours, slightly decrease the CO2 supply to 0.5 bubble per sec.
3.) 25W暖管(?度) I don't use any heater at all. On the other hand, you may have to install a cooling fan to keep the temperature low. 25c is the optimal temperature for plants.
4.) 每星期換?水 At least once a week, depending on how much creatures you have inside. You may then need to increase to two/ three times a week.
5.) 要添加其他器材?(eg:?) Keep an eye on your filter. CY20 should not be enough for your tank size.
6.) 有什麼要注意? Check the pH value.
7.) Q版鳳凰一對(雌性:肚偏紅?雄性:肚偏黃?) Sorry, I don't know.
