I would suggest you to use one 200w heater. It will be better to use 300w heater if you tank is tall enough to fit it in, bigger power heater mean warm the tank faster and more stable.
The temperature should be kept at 24 degree. Make sure you install a thermometer on the other side of your tank, this helps to identify the termperature accurately. You should also set the thermometer based on the termperature showed on the thermometer (given that your thermometer is reading correctly). E.g. if your heater is set at 24 but the thermometer is showed 22, then you should adjust your heater warmer.
