[問題] 新手草缸一問 - 12"缸想種陽草,陰草及水晶蝦

No wonder, those (I believe they should be corals) things hurt. Remove them all. They will affect pH and water hardness. You shouldn't put them in unless you are a pro.

My tank has a big wood with 8 small stones picked from river. When I brought soil, the shop keeper suggested me to use some white crystals to neutralise acidic environment caused by soil, I put them in the middle of tank and covered by soil. I'm afraid the tank pH is therefore high. So regret now!! :cry:

Could you tell me where I can buy Airtac set of Regulator and 電磁閥 please? I couldn't find it in Fish Street. And how much does it cost?

Also, which 止逆閥 do you use? For me, safety comes first, I'm happy to pay for better quality. Please advice where I can find it?

7. 細化器 The ceramic one is almost perfect and it costs around $90 each. Or, you can choose UP's simplified version - it costs $15 each.

I'm sorry for further questions. The CO2 bottle and regulator are stardard size (always match)? I found some posts mentioned that there are number of sizes between the bottle and regulator, we, therefore, need to pay more attention if we buy the bottle and regulator separately with different brand. Is that true?

i suggest buy 1 set from outside, such as 利x行, which including all of above. =)

Could you advise where I can find the Airtac regulator set please? I asked all shops in Fish Street but they all don't sell this brand. They suggested me to use the regulator made in Taiwan (cost about $600), however, I'm unsure the quality and reliability. How much your Airtac regulator cost you please? I would like to compare few brands and shops first.

Please also advise which check valves you are using. The shop suggested to use ADA plastic valve embedded in a tube (cost about $70), is it ok?

I regret to say that I'm using UP regulator A-151. Yet, I would not recommend you to buy this brand, though it's cheap. I had had several UP regulators with different models. They were all dead in less than 6 months. The only exception is the existing one: A-151. I have been using it for 2 years and it's fine so far. The quality of UP varies much and that's why I would not recommend you to take the risks.

I did read the posts you mentioned above. Luckily, I don't have their problem with A-151.

RedfernPoint: Sorry to say that I'm still using UP's A-151. This is UP's most durable regulator I have had. In fact, this is the 4th regulator of UP. All the other 3 were dead in less than 6 months. This is my bad experience with this brand. For Airtac, you may search more info from this forum and you'll find that this brand is of much better quality. The choice is yours.
