why the leafs are so smell compared to the one in fish street?
andwhy the leafs of lower stalk are darkened?

i didnt add brighty k
but i drop light special and step1 day by day with decent amount
i am currently using 36w PL for my 32 x 18 x 18 tank
by the way i originally using 150 w HQI, but some grasses like in photo1 and 2 blend due to strong light./.\

i heard some c hing saying not to add potassium to new set up tank, but from other forums and from one interview i read with takashi amano, potassium is very important in the early stage of the set up for plants. so i do recommend adding more K rather then other ferts.
for the lights, how many 36w PL are you using now? is the tank cm or inch?

Yes , i also heard of somebody advising not to add Brighty K becoz most ppl over-adopt fishes ,which turn out to be algal boom.

for your tank size 36w PL x2 is not enough, the 150w HQI is ok as long as you have co2 also. are you using pressurized co2?
I usually don't add fish until 3-4 weeks after set up.

yes .6-8 hrs 2 bubbles/sec Co2 supply when the light is on
i used 150w HQI before
but my "綠工停" will blend due to strong light inhibition./.\

if you want to use 36w x 2, i think you should choose low light plants instead
otherwise the plants will not grow
