想問問大家,我個水草缸d水草(迷矮,新太陽...)一路都有生長,有新葉,不過生長速度比較慢,我開9個hour 燈,8個半hours co2,最近發覺佢地d舊葉有d黑點係葉面,我想問問果d係咩??
1)燈照時間過長?
2)吾夠肥料?
3)太多肥料?
4)青苔??

1)燈照時間過長? How long has your tank been set up? If it's over a month, I'd say the lighting schedule is fine. BTW, what kind of lighting do you have? And the wattage? Colour temperature?
2)吾夠肥料? What kind of soil do you use?
3)太多肥料? Usually, I would not add in any fertilizer in the first 3 months, even ADA Step1.
4)青苔?? That's inevitable for a planted tank. Use a razor to remove them. Also, the green spot on the leaves are algae. Please post a photo here to confirm.

turbosony2000: 55Wx2 PL tubes are way too strong for a standard 24" tank. There are algae, too. Please answer my previous questions so that we can help.

1.5months already still look like the beginning. :somad:

the迷矮 color turn abit yellow but not dead.

turbosony2000: 845 or 840? I can't find the spec of 845. If it is 840, the colour temperature is only 4000K which is not suitable for plants. That's probably the reason why your plants don't grow well. Also, like I said, 55Wx2 is too much and algae will burst.

leoo11: Hi there, 1.5 months should be enough for stable growth. Can you post a photo? Turning yellow may imply their withering. Sometimes, the adaption process may fail no matter how good your tank condition is.

haha, i just leave it and see if it will be better later. i had the lightering and it was too strong (the t8 15wx4). now, i turn to 3 tube and see if it will be better.
