My tank is 1M (W) 0.6M (D) 0.6 (H), and have 2 30W FL, and one 150W DIY MH lighting, CO2 is set to 1 pps (24hours). Question is that the FL lighting is on about 8 hours a day, but a 150 MH lighting is set to only 4 hours a day, coz I notice when the MH lighting is turn on, for example, 6 hours a day, the water would turn to cloudy (bit of yellow). Anyone has a answer?

I guess becouse the MH lighting is no good, may be it produce so much UV light, or wavelength is not good.

What kind of filter system you are using?
I am using only one 150 W MH for my 90cm wide aquarium but I have no problem at all.

one external filter, 800L/H and one internal filter to add more circulation. But the external filter has just been set up (2 weeks). The tank has only one internal filter at first, but I notice the water is no good, then adding one external filter, but situation does not improve.

I think you can borrow some used filter materials like ceremic rings where the bateria colony is fully established. This may help building up your aquarium's bacterial colony.

How much your aquarium is planted? 80/90/100%?
Plants are also a very good filter system, too.
