真係唔好意思咁多位,重有少少野想問. 出手前請求各大俠幫幫手.
依家大部份都搞掂晒,旨係爭支燈. 先LIST 番準備購買既器材先.
缸 : 48"長, 20"闊, 20"高
FILTER : EHEIM 2260 + 舊既2215
UV : 未定 (會用2215推, 得唔得?)
水冷 : ARCTICA DBA-200 (會用EHEIM 2260推)
CO2 : 已有+ISTA 溶解器
主要種陽草

入主題, 之前真係想用GLO T5HO. 但係因MAINTANCE 比較不便. 另一原因是OPEN D 比較美觀. 想左2日,所以都係轉用HQI.

考慮緊既燈及問題如下:
ARCADIA 150Wx2+t5x2 series 3 - 1套 估約$6K左右,待SHOP回覆
1)已check過幾間shop, 因series 4未售, 暫選series 3. 但支燈內置牛有成百磅,對個架長期會唔會有d問題呢?
2)arcadia 越來越少shop賣,如bulb 維修是否有問題?
3)此燈是否可轉用ada膽?

ADA SOLAR 1 150wx1 - 2套 估約$3K左右1套,從舊POST得知
1)此燈是否外置牛?
2)是否會比arcadia 瞪眼 (don't know if i am writting a correct word. what I meant is whether this light will shoot to human's eyes and it is worse than arcadia due to the design of the light cover)

ADA GRAND SOLAR 1 150WX1+T5 - 2套 $5500 一套
1)此燈是否外置牛?
2)支燈吊到咁高,T5管是否有作用呢或與普通ADA SOLAR 分別大不大呢? 因价錢OVER左自己BUDGET, 不過都想聽下意見再作考慮.

吊架爛圖一張, 係FS見過類似既野.
缸背面圖,支架至櫃底不到地,櫃背上羅絲.
要吊成百磅燈,唔知夠唔夠力呢?
你地重有無IDEA/EXPERIENCE HIDE 到個吊架好D呢?

JUST ONE MORE QUESTION.
IS THERE ANY PROBLEM/BLIND SPOT IF I PUT THE ARCADIA 42" HQI LIGHT ONTO A 48" TANK? OR JUST MAKE IT HIGHER TO COVER THE WHOLE TANK?

可以用多幾枝柱(三或四枝)分散的力囉
唔一定要用兩枝既
不過的螺絲一定要穿過的木板收死(唔好用木牙螺絲)

thanks for your ideas. i would rather to have the tiny one so it will look nicer.

arcadia has no stock. i called the arcadia dealer today. the person sounds to me that they will not bring arcadia for 48" again. even the new series 4.
there could be a problem in case if some parts are having problems. definately, they will not stock the parts since they do not have light to sell.

i would go for 2x grand solar 1,hqi is missing some light spectrum so the pl is for the support of this ,otherwise you may find your red grass(if you plaining to plant this) not red

price $11000 & that's what i have to consider. sounds a little too much for my budget. since there is nowhere i can find a arcadia. so, ada is the only choice for the time being. maybe i am going to see the giesemann first. the one for 17k definally now. but, maybe they have other model.

decision made. go back to t5ho. 2k only for a pair. all done!

not purchase yet.
mostly go for glo. unless arcadia will have stock later, then i will go for arcadia. now, arcadia do not have the 48". but, they got the 24". so, don't know if i should make 2set of 24" just like the ada.

you know what, i know your wife and gonna tell her. (just kidding)

my wife thought i am using around $5000.
only the chiller is costing more than that.. haha, roughly about 16k without the lightering and soil and stuff.
