for a 48" L x 20" D x 22" H tank, which brand of hgi ligtering is good?
I have read the previous post and gone to see today. please recommend for the following brand.
DYMX (SINGAPORE)
SOLARMAX (CHINA)
JAD (TAIWAN)
ARCADIA
WHERE CAN I SEE THE ARCADIA LIGHTERING? I COULDN'T FIND IT ANYWHERE FROM FS.
I READ THE PREVIOUS POST, SOLARMAX BULB ONLY HAVE SINGLE FEET. I AM THINKING OF USING ADA BULB IN THE FUTURE, IS OTHER THREE BRAND OKAY WITH THE ADA BULB?
I AM NOT GOING TO CONNECT TO THE CEILING BY WIRE. BUT, USING THE LIGHT STAND/FEET ONTO THE TANK. SO, I RATHER TO USE THE EXTERNAL POWER ADAPTER AND IT WON'T BE TOO HEAVY FOR THE TANK'S GLASS TO HANG THE LIGHT.

AS MOST OF YOU ARE RECOMMEND TO HAVE 10" SPACE FROM THE LIGHT TO THE WATER. IF I AM GOING TO USE THE LIGHT STAND ONTO THE TANK, THEN THE SPACE WILL PROPERLY ONLY 4-5" MAYBE. IS THIS OKAY AND SAFE?

SORRY OF MAKING CHANGES AND QUESTION AGAIN AND AGAIN. JUST WANNA TO GET A RIGHT EQUIPMENT AND NO HEADACHE IN THE FUTURE.

i have no idea what is the price yet. haha.
maximum 7k. of crouse if performance compare to other brand is reasonable, as heat will make when turn on and outlook. haha.... if something similar for cheaper, of course i will take it cheaper.
but, i need a light which stand onto the tank and external power adapter which is my main concern.

giesemann and arcadia? maybe i miss it, as i didn't see it. let me go check again.

add one more brand to choose. orsam or can be other if you have recommend.

if you go for ada,you need 2 grand solar1,for giesemann,your buget is not enough.arcadia may be within(those 3 i belive is the top brand for lighting)

you got the tank already? i thought you order from the local maker.

not yet got tank,till end of march i think,but it is rare to find grand solar 2,by order need 2-3 months. for ada hqi lighting,it is far more common to buy it.(but i give up using hqi)

personnel, i like dymax outlook. Is this brand okay? and it got a tall stand for the light.

just borrow a picture from a c-hing here. hope he doesn't mind.

decide go for arcadia after go through the previous post. don't wanna burn my house and my wife will kill me. a few thousand for long run is okay for me.

remember try to get hqi with some t5ho/pl for more light spetrum
