Probably infection. Remove it from the rest of your fishes. Try 甲基藍, see if it helps. But frankly, your Q鳳 is already infected seriously that it may die. Just some side issues:
1. The setup of your tank is not suitable for plants. The lighting system is wrong, the filtration system is wrong, the lighting hour is wrong, the use of heater is wrong (it's summer now, unless you turn on the air-con 7x24!!).
2. You should change "活性碳" at least once every month. Otherwise, toxic materials will be accumulated and kill the creatures/ plants inside your tank.
3. What's your temp? For planted tanks, it should not be higher than 28c.
4. What did you have before? Fish-only-tank? 'cos ADA II is of very low pH that the fishes may not be able to adapt.
5. If you're going to have a planted tank, you have to read more articles here before your start. Or, you'll soon be frustrated.

24寸缸只用個小掛濾同水妖,真係要勤少少換水.
唔使擔心,保持好水質,兩三星期就會生番出來.

1. 想問下我應該用幾大支燈先適合種陰草呢?你講得好對, 我每次買陰草都會葉子開始發黃, 之後慢慢死去;
1.1. 過濾器是否要換濾筒? Eheim牌子對嗎? 什麼型號最適合?
1.2. 我都知道水溫太高, 是的....我會買個魚缸風扇. 聽講會把水溫下降三度, 對嗎?
2. 我會定期一個月換活性碳綿.
3. 中午水溫真的有29度.
4. 之前我是清缸的, 但最近愛上Q鳳, , 而且Q鳳是弱酸性, 所以才用黑泥.
5. 其實我主要想養魚, 所以只養些少陰草吧!

2woodylucy: A few suggestions for your consideration:
1. You have overloaded your tank. Even you'd like to have the fish as the major theme of your tank, you should not have more than 40 fishes.
2. For 陰草, you should have ~36-48W of light. BTW, your tubes are not for plants. Replace them with 865 tubes.
3. If you're going to have plants, replace the hang-on filter with a canister.
4. You'd better have CO2 supply, though some c hing may say that it's not necessary for 陰草.
5. If you're not going to have a chiller, Eheim 2224 would be fine. Otherwise, Eheim 2026 would be your choice. It may be a bit stormy at the start - adjust the flow rate. With that setup, you don't need a 水妖 at all.
6. Your lighting schedule of 13 hours a day is way too long, especially when you don't have much plant inside the tank. You'll soon have algae burst. 4 hours each day is a good start, and increase one hour every week until 8 hours a day.
7. Frequently change the water - at least twice a week for your tank since it's overloaded, each time of no more than 30% of water.
8. Installing a fan should help lower the temperature. Whether it can drop by 3c would depend on your room temperature and how strong your fan is.
9. How did you remove the fish back to the tank? 'cos ADA II is of very low pH that may kill them. Keep an eye on your fishes, I'm afraid that casualty is unavoidable.
10. You have to clean the filter at least once every 3-4 months. Use the tank water to rinse them or you may destroy the bacteria purifying system.
11. Remove the heater.

首先我要多謝FISH FAN的詳細教導, 經過一個月的改善魚缸行動後, 現在死魚情況已經近乎0, 以下曷更換部份:
1) 燈: DAZS super light T5,24W x 2 (都唔知點解要成$530咁貴... )
2) 濾筒: Eheim2213
3) 外掛細風扇. (真係可以減低2度)
4) 加左新草.
5) 送左2幾條燈魚比魚友. 宜家剩番頭尾燈1x+2小精靈+1白鼠+4Q鳳+3班馬+10霓虹魚

2woodylucy: That's ok. As long as there's improvement of your tank and you enjoy it, nothing can be happier than that. Just a kind reminder:
1. As you have only 24Wx2, you will be limited to 陰草 only.
2. Keep an eye on how the plants grow, in case you need to install CO2.
3. 2213 is really marginal for your tank. You cannot connect it to a chiller, if you want to one day. Also, don't over load your tank with fishes. I'll suggest around 20.

Fish Fan,
想請教下你,我買左個除油膜器,安裝後油膜 真的完全被吸走, 水面勁清, 但發現另外一個問題又產生, 就是魚缸水質差了, 變得沒有已往清晰,，嚴重至水有點濁, 該怎樣處理呢? 是否又要買多一個過濾器專門連接油膜器? 還是有其他辦法呢?

水有點濁應該與除油器無關，應該系因你換咗慮桶新的生物環硝化菌未培養好所以先會水有點濁,再等下先，等硝化系統培養好水就會清返
