I think you should separate the water in-pipe and out-pipe as far as possible to make the water flow prefectly in the tank.

More details of your tank please, such as supply of CO2, lighting schedule, frequency of changing water, pH/ gH value... etc.

Just some suggestion:
1. Your water is not clear. Probably the n-cycle is not yet completed. Changing 1/4 everyday for the first 2 weeks is a good start.
2. Don't add such a large no. of fish - you're gonna kill them.
3. Put your water outlet tube (the horizontal one) on the left side to have better water circulation
4. Increase your CO2 supply - I'd say 2 bubbles per sec is the standard, unless you've got a very good CO2 diffuser.
5. Get some more fast growing plants such as 蜈蚣草, 綠菊花草 ... etc. You may remove them after the other plants are in good condition. This is to avoid the burst of algae. Also, 蜈蚣草 can cease the growth of Blue Green Algae.
6. Starting the lighting schedule from 4 hours is good. You may increase 1 hour for every week until you've got 8 hours per day.
7. If you put your water outlet tube on the left side (point 2 above), I'd prefer the CO2 diffuser on the left side as well. This helps better CO2 circulation throughout the tank.

thanks all,now water清了很多..light加了３x２４w..CO2 - 2 bubbles per sec.
but 水草好像長高了，是不是還不夠光？

如果個濾水唔夠力，對角擺既方法係好。如果夠力，可以將出入水口擺埋一邊，咁先可以將剛過濾完既出水，推去距離入水最遠既地方，咁先可以做一個循環，尤其是種滿草時，對角擺係做唔到循環。
14"缸，保守減2"泥、侵少半吋水、2分玻璃，頂籠得11"水，唔使用T5HO，尤其是種紅草，T5HO較弱，強光一定要配重肥、大co2，先可以餵飽d草。
你個缸t8係首選，花籃可以低到點到泥面，因為真係入水既地方係疏窿部份最高位，會吸到泥粉而唔會吸到泥粒。
後面d草可以插疏d，等d草可以向上同向橫生，部份草要生2"剪一次，先可以爆頭。
理論好多，不過大家既缸唔多唔少都有唔同，各施各法，自古成功在嘗試，多d觀察，係你玩草，唔好比草玩 。
