Since you have red plants, I think 24Wx3 is the bare minimum. If you only have 陰草, then 28W maybe enough. Also, you may need to increase the CO2 input level as well. BTW, how long have you set up the tank?

I spent about a month to set up the tank with the current condition. Just a question, if the CO2 level and the light is not enough, why the red plant can grow vert fast after a week I bought them? They have about 200% growth now!!

有可能不夠光導致它們很快生高去追光,換T5HO 24Wx3 6500k比較好,紅草會比較適合...

紅/綠菊花草 can grow very fast even in a relatively weak environment, but they may not be in the good condition as they should be. My 2 cents.
