水草情迷

今天買了成set軟水樹脂回來,又有樽,又有air pump,但發現自己不懂安裝....
個樽要不要入水去裡面呢?要放在魚缸那個位置?有冇ching幫下手?我真的一頭霧水...

Agree with Tony. Hong Kong tap water = soft, ADA soil = super soft, add them both together, you actually need to supply some common minerals and harden the water a little for some plants.

Another point is that if your tap water is hard, you should treat your water before adding to the tank. Internal water softener is for situation that you have some rocks or alike in the tank, so you need them to combat the rock's harden effect continuously.

As for your question, just pour all the resin in the contain, fill it with water, connect the pump to the intake, turn the pump to minimum and adjust the pump carefully if it is adjustable. Usually, you have to put the whole bottle inside the tank, but it really depends on each product design. Product manual is your best friend.
