I use Arcadia HQI with 150W
Today i go to the electic shop 4000K Sylvania HK $180 but
go to check the fish shop 5500K HK $350.

which is worth to buy?
How many model of 150W Sylvania 4000k 5500k 10000k?
Where is the good shop you recommend to buy?

From the Manual of Arcadia it say support 300W.
Is it right? Can it use different K HQI?

Because I ask to the sales he say that (In fact it cant support.)
If 300W is not suitable for Aquaria Plant. I will not consider it and
go to find 150W 8000K.

Be careful, K and W are two things,
K= color, 4000K is too yellow to aqua plant, while 7000K or 10000K is too blue........for fresh water aqua plants, I think 5200K is suitable (I think 6500K is the upper limit)

W=power consumption, if the transformer of your light is 150W, you should use 150W (300W or other watt will not work)

are 8000K that make plant more green. Therefore I decide to buy 8000K to try.

Today I buy it at Kwun Tong HK $180. It was near the MTR station Tel 23729303.

For a mounth later, I will show my result that have what different of the tank before to use 4500K.

Lastly, i install it and switch it on for test. It is white colour which i see from the soil and wall. You may be right that i ask to the sale and he say 6500k is the sun light colour so i think is 6500k is the best.Althouought it is no model of 6500k, I use 8000k.

Just want to know, where did you buy your 8000K bulb? How much and what brand is it ? Thanks for your time !

It is in Kwun Tong plaza (HK $180). Walk along to the bridge connect with MTR station and Kwun Tong plaza. Then go down the stair and search that floor.
