壓縮器不太容易燒毀，90%是溫度控制器出問題。本人買過超過十個水冷,十個都未有壞過壓縮器，有8部壞溫度感應器出問題,你的亦一樣,(鴨寮街的舊嘢,由100-250不等)皆無死過壓縮器,包括大陸制品與名牌,温控感應不能工作或偏差值太大,便不能工作了。
i absoulately agree that the compressor is not easy to damage. i was talking about the
radiation fan, If the author confirmed that no wind discharge from that back when the compressor is running. It's high probability that the radiation fan is failure.
The radiation fan is not difficult to replace but only if you got some basic knowledage of electricity. Otherwise, don't take the risk.
Step to replace fan
1.) Remove the screws at the buttom part and the big plastic nut of Water inlet and outlet
2.) Take away the case gently (* There is one bundle of wire connecting to the control panel, no need to remove it. Just handle with care . The wire is long enough )
3.) You'll see ONE black fan right behind the condenser coil (The fan size is around Dia. 100mm )
4.) You may restart the cooler to double confirm whether the fan is running when the compressor is on (usually compressor will turn on within 3 mins after power up)But pls be reminded that wire are energized and may cause electric shock, so handle with extra care
5.) Once confirmed the fan is malfunction. Disconnect all power plug
6.) There are 2 wires connecting to the fan (As i remember, it's an AC fan , no polarity issue) , simply cut off the wire and dismantle the fan (4 screws at each corner)
7.) Replace the fan ( very easy to find that size in SSP , except for the current rating. All i found in SSP is slightly lower rating than the original one. But it still work fine just make sure the voltage rating , Size , (AC/DC) are EXACTLY match. Current is not major concern.
8.) Reverse the step from 6 ~ 1 and should be work
* 220VAC really can kill , If you hv hesitation , Stop all work and seek for advice. Don't try to take any risk.
