1. the body shape is slim and long (the first pic).
2. the back does not seem to be dark.

anyhow, as it is not yet matured, there is a chance that it is a female though....

I am wondering as the "male for sure" always display in front of the "unsure one" if there is a glass in between. However, when they were put together, it didnt fight at all, ever if it is a bit bigger than the "unsure one". You are right, time will prove it later

Hi ealvan: Well, IF they do not fight when they are placed together, then the chance for the unsure one to be a female is much higher as two male adoketa will usually fight until they kill one another in a tank...

To volvo: Do you have some more photos of your fish? It has features of both male and female...
