Initially, I have considered that for sometime because it is economic. But I found many negative comment in old post so I must pay more as I am not experience in this aspect!
Anybody can give some comment if one 2217 or 2250 is used instead of two?

I got a 4 foot, 220L tank, and I used 2224 b4, it said can up to 350L, but I find that its not enought, cos I got 20 Malawi cichlids, they really eat & shit a lot... so I changed to 2028 (up to 600L) and its just OK only. However, if yours are grass tank and only have small fishes, I think one 2028 or 2217 is ok. Anyway, a bigger one is always no harm, cos you can always control the level of output, but if its too small, you can't make the output bigger! so you may buy a 2250/60 in case.
My friend got a 2260, for his indoor fish pool (800L), and he said its great.
Sorry that I don't know the price in HK, cos I live in NZ.

I am just considering the 2028 and made up my mind. But as u said, it may not be enough. I also plan to raise American cichlid. I just have seen the physical size of 2250 in the shops before home and found that it is much bigger than other models........I am worrying that it is too large for me . So I can't make up mind again

I think you should try 2250.

always use a bigger one, or you will be sorry if you find out the filter is not big enough...

you can make 2 rain tubes as output law.
