Do nothing! they prpbably would not die becasue they could find the foods insides the filter. You could release them carefully when you wash your filter again next time.

yes.. i had this experience too. Still survive after 2 months time. but as i didnt know they are inside the filter, i only discovered them when i pour them into the toilet.

i rescued one only. finally the rest 3 pieces hide inside the pipe... so....

哈哈... Bird Nest, just hope they'll suvive after you flush the toilette...

我都試過這個經驗,當第一次清洗瀘筒時都唔為意,當清洗瀘筒底時,
見到好多小蝦,所以每次清洗瀘筒時都捉番十隻八隻放番落大缸到,
好鬼死開心!

hehe... i know the reason... coz sometimes the SKIMMER will sink due rubbish sticked on it. So fishes will.. oh... no!!!

My Amano shrimp likes to climb into the surface skimmer all the time....beside climbing out of the tank....
