What do you expect?
Don't just say they are not improving, please list out what's wrong. Don't just say their goods are more expensive, poor condition or whatsoever, please give actual example!
Let me give you an example. All Seachem products are cheaper than FS, even without discount. And actually they have a more complete collection of Seachem's products. I heard examples of people who want to buy Excel in FS but the bosses there said they didn't heard of what is Excel. What a shame, HKAP is providing a better environment with a competitive price.
Yes their fishes are not in good condition, but I don't think FS' are better either. Same with broken fins, sick, dying. Customers are advised to choose carefully, no matter where.
I go to FS and HKAP very often. I can say they have their own advantages. The point is, FS is doing business for decades, while HKAP is less than a year. How naive to compare them?
IF HKAP can do everything better than FS, should all people give up FS and go to HKAP? What about the people who live in N.T.? Here in HK there is a new place which is not better than FS, but not much worst either. Why should people who live in HK keep on going to FS to buy some common stuff?
當然，我o吾否定佢有好既地方，只係如果service同product都ok，係咪雖要攞黎講呢？呢個係佢做生意應該provide出黎家喎。當然真係好好好好既，一樣會有魚友post啦（出面都有幾個激讚某店／某職員既post），但係佢又有無咁既成績俾人睇先？佢係有d貨比魚街平，一樣有魚友讚過啦，我地o吾係只有批評。
我地o吾係話數佢，我由佢o岩o岩開張幫趁到宜家，的的確確，佢既魚，草等係每況愈下喎，愈攪得大，攪得多就愈亂，我諗好多人都覺。
你話佢開得一年，魚街就好耐，無錯，所有野都係經驗累積番黎，咁佢未有足夠經驗，咁係咪真係可以兼顧咁多野先？宜家係佢自己做衰左個頭呀.........
係，當然魚街既魚都會病，會無狀態，但係你又有無諗過魚同草方面佢同魚街既最大分別係咩呀？
魚街成條街都係competitors，所以大家會覺得佢地每間舖攞貨會謹慎d，話晒都自己錢啦，HKAP呢，完全無左competitors，而且d魚番到黎靚與o吾靚，都o吾係佢錢，呢水o吾靚呀，咪等下個星期囉，完全o吾緊張。
係要list佢有咩o吾好，大致係咁啦
1. saleso吾pro - 之前有個人落去買水妖，個sales大哥帶人去撈小精靈，算o吾算過份？
2. display缸o吾企理 - 好多間舖d水草既display缸生藻生到以為個缸係用黎種藻，display係間公司俾客人信心既關鍵之一喎
3. 公司立場o吾清晰 - 你叫水族廣場，o係東匯門口就見到兩個超巨型既高達先，係咪有d反客為主？咁你宜家究竟係水族廣場有高達街定高達廣場有水族街呀？有心攪水族廣場，但係門面高達仲搶過水族，人地o吾會覺得呢間公司係全副心機攪好水族，印象分咪又扣左o羅
自己覺得最大問題係呢d，其他o吾講啦

I live in HK side, that is good to me of having another place to go for aqurium stuffs.
HKAP provids better shopping experience to me with its indoor, air conditioned and well ordered enviornments, especially when I go with my kids during rainy days.
Actually, the price is not expensive, some items are even cheapers than FS.
I am very impressed with their idea and hope they will be success but a bit disapponted when shops are always changing, moving, and introducing different idea like Gundam. Feel like this is just a trial site of the business men, not for long term aqurium focusing.
Honestly, i will go there just mainly for eye shopping only when passing by because if you want to buy sometings, there is only limited choices. I mean in FS, you can still have many other choices when there is no stock, no size, you don't like the brand or even you hate the sales of the shop. In other words, to me it is just like one very big shop even though how big it claims to be. And also, may be due to the same structure (reason), you seldom find sales there showing their motivation, like the paper men in some worse cases. I think they need to reconsider the business model/operations.
By the way, if you like water plants, you can forget this place. There are some water plants there but ..... you will not buy that there... just try yourselves and share you feeling.
However, to those who are new to aquirum without much experience, not like those in this forum, HKAP does provide another good place in HK Island.
