Hi 夏候,
I suppose this aquascape is not fully finished and there is still alot of time to improve it. I hope my comment can help you.
Judging by the photo I think the water and plants' condition is really good. I'll at least give a 8 on these two matters.
About the photogragh, I'll suggest that when you take the final photo, take out all the equipments ( all the pipes, thermometer,
CO2 apparatus, heater) and try to hide all the man-made materials. Remove as much algae from the glass as possible. Clean the outter surface of the aquarium with glass cleaning solvent and make sure that the glass is as crystal clear as the water within.
Take the photo when the plants are in their most active conditon. Don't take it when they are "sleeping". Wait for the best moment for the position of the fishes. The fishes are grouping in the corner and don't stand out in your photo. They seems to be hiding and the lighting on them is too dark. Try to press the shutter when they are in the open space and in their natural swimming position.

One more tips, without the outlet pipe, there will not be any water current and the water surface look still and dull. To make it looks like flowing, try the ADA way - use a fan or a hairdryer and blow cold wind to the water surface and you can achieve the effect of flowing water!!
Ok now, let's get to the main part - the aquascape. At the moment I think the whole aquascape lacks a feeling of perspective. Not 3D enough. The background plants are too flat. Remember the concave, convex and triangular rule? Determine which one of this structure frame you want to base on and try to create a focal point within the frame. In your case, you can try to grow the plants at the sides long and dense to create a concave frame. Use the red plants in the middle and the riccia to create an interest focal point. Balancing the colour is important too. You have too much green on the right and too much red on the left. Try to even this out. Experiment with different composition.
As for the name of the work, it's all up to you. You are its creater, you are the artist, it's you creation! I don't think anyone is qualified to name it other than you. For the competition, give it a poetic and romantic name definitely helps. The Japanese loves it.
Hope you don't mind my long comment and wish you success in the competition!!!
