I actually found the plastic container when i when to buy the e-ballast for my diy 27W PL tube. Address:

Actually they come in different sizes, I just bought one that i think can fit in the bioballs. I think they are used for putting pills (medicine) or collecting urine sample for hospital .
Originally i thought of buying the plastic tube from fish street and cut them into the right length, but can't find the right size.
This plastic container is just right. I think u can find them in many places. Maybe the drug store, pharmacy in Po Lam(?? )

Alan2002 , your making is so good. I have made one DIY reactor similar to the dulpa one. But finally failed since I was using wrong material : mineral water bottle and the structure is not good. Now, I will use your design to try to make one.

以前用擴散筒改裝的CO2溶解器都用得o下o家(如圖) ,用水射住o的CO2又好睇, 當時用河沙底PH都落得到 6.8., 而關燈時同步關pump儲氣在筒內, 補償DIY CO2 的不足, 後來重金買了Van的溶解器便沒用了.
