小弟 幸運 未比湢濤 "鬧過"~ 但"折頭" 反而 真收過不小 (當然 只係幾十蚊平幾蚊零頭)，如果你有辦法~ 八節都得。

其實 我d 個個 心入面 都有個 "bad list" 同 "必到" list......

最後都係果句 "今時今日咁既服務態度點夠架"

順便一提 如果 有幸"不幸" 係 福壽 非買不可~~ 奉勸一句~

Blacklist those stores!!

I have a cyberAqua, with 2 27W PL tubes.
When they tested it in the shop, it is already "shing shing ha".
The sale said no problem, normal. After a few months, one tube doesn't light up. I brought the tube back to my office and tested it, it works ok. I suspect maybe the ballast/starter playing up. Also, the "shing shing" will shorten the life of the tube considerably. So I decided to replace the magnetic ballast with electronic ballast. I dismantled the casing, and to my surprise, the original magnetic ballasts are only rated 25W!! and it is driving a 27W tube. Remember also that those ballasts are usually underpower too, ie rated 25W, maybe actual is only 20~22W, no wonder even if u put in new tube, still "shing shing", and soon u need to trash ur tube and get new one. Maybe the manufacturer and the shop want u to replace ur tube often, or else how can they make money if u tube last for 2 years??

Anyway, one word: stupid design! I replaced both ballasts (even the working one) with electronic ballasts (slighly overrated, ~30/35W is ok), and bingo! the bad tube work again, no "shing shing" anymore, brighter light, no humming sound, much more cooler (hence more energy efficint since less go to heat). I plan to replace the two ballasts of my PML 30" light as well in the future.

今朝收到湢濤電話,話代理已Check過燈是正常的,藍光只是關燈後的殘象(事實上即使不用開燈已可以看到藍光).他們說可以換一支新的給我,但再有問題就不會換,是我眼睛有問題,還叫我去看眼科醫生!!!(我真係興到震!!!)
我打電話去消委會, 他們只能幫我拿去Check, 要幾星期時間. 那我的缸怎辦?真是想投訴都咁唔方便.
請各位人兄認清這間湢濤及Cyber aqua 的貨! 不要再受奸商欺壓!

我上次都有試過不愉快的經歷，同佢買幾十蚊貨仔，就當我係透明的，不停叫我等等就招乎其他D客，有空檔才幫我一D一D貨咁收齊。
結果我等佢幫我取最後一件我要的貨時，才一個屈尾十走左。
想起也有點心涼。。

Hi TCC - Forget about filing a complaint to the Eheim wholesaler....they are the mentioned LFS's relatives. Rumours were that that's why a war was drawn between the mentioned LFS and 'Fat Kee' several months ago - The LFS (has 4 stores totally in fish street) sold parallel import ADA merchandise & Fat Kee antagonised by selling parallel import Eheim filters.........
How did the war end up? I have no idea.....Hey, superCTW did you know ?

褔濤的服務態度真係好差 , 尤其係果個黑面神 . 有次係沙田見到佢 , 真係好想衝過去丙佢. 所以我成年都無入過去.

我諗唔係only湢濤既"cyber aqua "燈有問題, 我個friend 都放棄o左支燈冇用, 轉o左 BMC T5 管. CYBER AQUA 燈真係有問題, 若藍光是殘象, 殘象都好耐LAW........你對眼有問題, 咁我對眼都有問題......仲好大問題, 觸覺都有問題........認真O的, 其實最大問題就係O的店舖LA, 當佢地知道整批貨都有問題, 點解仲要賣比人

你個缸買了七天未, 消費者條例: 未過七天可以退款.

買0左4日咋,但佢唔肯退錢. 不過我已經去換了一支新的回來, 最初有一支光管好難light up,我以為佢又俾支壞0野我, 後尾整整0下又無事先安心d.

Alan兄，請問你換左邊隻牌子既electronic ballasts呀？

既然大家都對這間無良舖頭(不單無禮貌,仲要侮辱人 ),不如一齊唔好幫襯佢啦!!
