巴狄斯食d咩?我買了兩條,死了一條(我估是餓死) ,還有一條個肚都凹了(太餓了)! 它只在缸低沉木間游!

巴狄斯喜食活餌，我在發記買時老板話喂蟲, 我見條蟲長過條巴狄斯都食得落, 重可以食多兩條比你睇 , 所以都唔敢日日喂, 驚食得太多唔消化.

巴狄斯喜歡係多草的環境下生活,初入tank時比較怕羞,但其後會比較活躍,此魚會爭地盤


巴狄斯爭食能力好弱.........

Badis Scalet (the little red one) are weak in competing for food with other fishes, esp. tetra etc.(probably because they are smaller than most other fishes). Even if the food is in front of him, he will not take it immediately but takes the time. When I first kept them with other tetra (many), I finally found that they were starved to die. So I suggest, you should not keep them with fishes that are fast moving, now I am keeping them with each bigger fishes, e.g. Cichlids and Badis Burmedeses(something like that la)(the blue much bigger one), since they are relatively slower, the badis survives.
I feed that with Brine Shrimp and they can eat 1-2 each time. It is very funny looking at them eating when the tails of the shrimp still sticking out of its month since it takes time for them to swallow it. Very interesting. they will eat frozen 水蝨.
