I have lately bought a set of Arcadia 4x39W T5HO (Totally 156Watts). My tank is 35"x14.5"x16.5". About 130L water. Is it good enough for some plants like 'SUN' weeds?

Yes Simon, I just bought a set of Co2 yesterday and started using it last nite. It's cool! Hope those suckers grow fine, hahah! Thanks again.

To cs106: It does not come with Plant Pro, and you have to buy it separately. I am using Philips 865 T5HO, 39W each x 4. They come with 4x39W Arcadia Marine White. But the lights tend to be red, so I changed them. All the Arcadia seems to be out of stock at the moment, I have checked the dealer.
