I am new in aquarium, in my fish tank everything goes well, except plants in red colour type, so anyone can tell what's the problem and how to improve, my red plants turning white, I did provide 2 nos. of DIY CO2 and also 4x21w T5 2xblue and 2xwhite lighting system. so what's wrong is it? please give me a hand! thank you!!
what is the exact size of your aquarium?
Using blue T5 to stimulate the red plant? I suggest you switch back to 4x daylight T5 first.
Red plant need relatively more light, so maybe you can try to extend your lighting arrangement to 10-11 hours per day, but please don't blow them all in one lot, suggest you go for 3 hours in the morning and 7 hours in the evening etc etc.
and I agree with Odus, add some iron flourish please.
