I think 造景 is a good hobby and can be very relax when you have a nice tank. However, people spending lots of effort, time and money to made a perfect tank just do not worth it. If i have time, I rather go to local country park get some fresh air, walk along and appreciate the natrual environment. If I have money, I rather travel to elsewhere to explore fascinating landscape such as 桂林, 九x溝, etc.
No tank can compare to nature even if it is ADA no.1 tank.

helloworld, i agree with u that ADA/Japanese style CLAIMS that thier tank are of a natural style
ha~

they're re-building a 'natural' scene which can be found in a MOUNTAIN
not in a river, stream, lake, sea, nor any water bodies.

(especially those 'mono-plant species tank')
glossostigma from Australia + herlequin rasbora from Asia + 'Amazonia' soil = natural? BS

hahahaha, good to see that there're ppl having the same idea~

and i agree that no tank is comparable with nature
i hvn't seen a good, genuine biotope tank yet, waiting to see one
(and planning to make one this summer
