I am a beginner. Today, I bought 10 New Neon in Fat X. When I arrived home, One of them already died in the plastic bag. When I look in the bag, I find another new neon has no tail (I think she may be sick or eaten by another). How come I bought ten with eight only before putting into my tank. I think I could only blame myself for not checking in details or too trust a shop which is not as trustworthy as I think.

喚.. 邊個撈O架, 咁衰O既. 你試下落去同肥佬講下, 可能有機會比番兩條你.
不過下次記得即時睇魚, 有問題佢地都會即刻撈過, 只不過有幾個SALES O既面色會黑O的.

I am really sorry about this. I had the same problem before, I had some very thin and very weak new neon from them. I did point this out to the sales immediately, but he just said it is not a problem at all. The fish, of course, died soon after I put it in my tank.

I just don't know why I can't choose the fish which I pay for .

There is another problem in this shop, it is very dark there. Even you have a chance to check the fish which is picked up by the sales, it is impossible to check whether there is any defect in the fish in this bloody dark environment. Once you walk out from the shop and discover the defect, sorry! the fish is yours now. What you can do is return to home with the poor fish in a bad mood. Now, thanks to the helpful sales in Fat X, my tank has a abnormally thin and deformed checkbroad. Fortunately, it still swimming happily all the time and this is only thing that can cheer me up in this occasion.

而家好似加左价~ $6.5 一條~

魚街價錢同質素~~ 好似無乜直接關係~~ 多少平價好魚~~ 多少貴價病死魚~

總之新返魚，都係睇定駛至買啦~~

I experienced the same problem before. I buy ten but one dead in the next day while the others were in reasonable condition. After one week, I repeat order and explained the status to the same salesman. To my superise, he gave me extra neon for compensation. This was two months ago, all neons are still alive today.

So, next time when you have problems, try to talk to them & see whether..... I think a good shop will care their customer as their asset.

講真o個句....真係無見過一間魚店無死過魚呀......養魚幾叻o既人都有死過魚啦...我可以大膽講一句...."鯛神""少年鯛神""鯛神之神"佢o地一定都有死過魚...好多時候買o左條魚番o黎幾日就死o左....就話d 魚店唔好...o甘邊有一間店o既魚係唔會死呀!! 而且問心o個句....會唔會係自己o既技術問題呢? 我真係好嬲....有d人成日養死魚就講d 魚o既質數唔好....不如去改善下自己o既養魚技術重好啦.....

Sorry! I forget to say I am a beginner in the grass tank and keep small fish only but I keep Lake Vatoria and Malawi Childid (spelling? Sorry can't type Chinese) for over 15 Years.

What I am saying is before putting into my tank! - IN THE PLASTIC BAG!!! I fully understand that after putting into my tank anything related to the fish is my own problem and I have the responsibility and liability to make them happy.There is no agrument for this point. I also understand that it is also my fault not to check the fish in details before payment.

However, the small fishs are kept in my office 16" Tank and the distance between my office and Fat X is only 15 Mins on foot. I don't think I have any liability to the dead of the fish. If these fishs are choosen by myself, I will totally accept the result.

You may say I am UNLUCKY. Yes, I am UNLUCKY but is this UNLUCKY avoidable. For myself, I think "Yes" at least for the fish without tail. The salesman in Fat X has look the fish and count them several time and I ask him is the fish OK and his answer, "No problem". So I do not check an pay it. What you guy think about the word UNLUCKY? What my understanding is I am UNLUCKY to meet that salesman in Fat X. That is my conclusion.

Moreover, to be honest, the fish in Fat X, generally speaking, is very healthy and the condition is good. I think I will purchase from them again but next time, I will find out u guy recommend salesman. Please tell me his characteristic and I can identify him next time.

我都非常同情你既遭遇, 因為我本人也曾經有不愉快事件係"FATX", 有段時間從不入此店, 也是因為某Staff。

後來聽到網友話他們改善了很多, 先再去買野。
