your need to control the lighting color balance, its a bit to the yellowish green side which dun looks good for photo. some of the grass dun looks healthy especially "star grass" . the sun grass should not be put behind, else it lose the special focus when its far away from the eye. and u need a good trimming on the left side and right side back.
right front its advisable to replace the "rong" with other plants, coz it looks not very natural.
the last picture is a "luo xuan ai ke", and its in bad lighting condition, a full grown healthy ai ke should not be like this, do have a refrence back to my ada tank, i have a few healthy ai ke plant.
u need at least 200watt more lighting for ur tank.
