Why?
Many many more girls like to keep dogs/cats/small animals rather then fish.

Probably because fish won't played with u and that's why girls prefer dogs, cats and/or small animals to fish fish...but that's not necessary the case.... I am keeping a dog, two cats and one 14" tank of fish and water plants for the time being.

I have been to fish sites in US, Europe, which have fish fans
from all over the world. It seems that this phenomenon is
typically the case throughout. Girls in gardening-> a lot, but in aquascaping, very few!
