Really something to learn everyday...
A few days ago, my CO2 ran out, and I didn't noticed until all Singapore Wood Shrimps and "pearl shrimps" died within 12 hours, I learnt that Singapore Wood Shrimps and Pearl Shrimps are sensitive to pH swing than other spieces in my tank.
I refilled the CO2 and have it up and running yesterday, unfortunately, I didn't account for tempeature raise during the day in my house which increase the CO2 pressure, hence a lot more CO2 was pumped into the tank. No one seems affected, not even the shrimps (only algae shrimps are left) cared, some "pencil" float near the surface, but Rams were all suffered badly, and either floating AT THE SURFACE, or lying/hiding in plants bushes dying... I learnt that "mini pencils" and "five point pencils" are somewhat more sensitive to CO2 level, and Rams are very sensitive to excessive CO2 level.
