承接先前「行石澗捉魚蝦」的討論。

我們的嗜好是養魚。我們是否一個在不必要的情形下影響甚至破壞著生態呢？

基本上我們飼養的很多魚種都是野生的，在南美及其他地區的大自然捕捉的。真正的問題其實並不在此，而是在於捕捉是否有過量，會否危害到某魚種的生存。控制得好的話其實我們養魚的人是可以幫助保護生態環境的，因為當觀賞魚能為當地人帶來穩定收入的話，他們就會更致力保護天然環境，否則就等於斷自己的米路。

因為我們不知道那一些是瀕臨絕種的動物或植物,如果我們將牠們帶回屋企養,因為牠們在大自然的環境下,都不容易繁殖;這可能是你出於好心帶回屋企飼養,但這樣做變了好心做壞事,就算有的野生動物是多產的,不過在人類過份捕捉或屠宰下,那一樣會將那類動物或植物推去絕種邊緣。

知道其實捕捉野生生物唔會有問題,如果係少量捕捉的話.
人類呢幾千年都係咁狩獵啦, 根本冇問題.
問題在於如果太大量捕捉野生生物就會影響生物食物鏈.
造成生態災難.

至於人類的發展而造成污染的損害,
又係另一回事lu.

我想大家過份擔心了，現今的方向都是棓植或繁植出來的，那裹來這麼多野生的。最簡單的說，我們只好像養貓養狗一樣呢！

我嘅睇法係:
首先,我也贊同史卡德兄嘅論點.然而,人係唔會嫌錢腥的,越多人買只會鼓吹越多人去自然界度捉魚.而且,野生魚通常係喺熱帶地區,那裹嘅人均收入低,加上環保意識薄弱,喺商人唯利是圖嘅誘惑下,很多人會為提高些少living standrd 而作出破壞環境嘅事.
而事實上,保護環境 and 破壞環境 很多時都是一綫之差而已...

我嘅睇法係:不是這樣的,正因為越來越多動物係人工培植生來,才特顯出野生的罕有珍貴,反而會鼓吹人去破壞環境.

ps.有感而發嘅係: 請恕我直言,當大家都抨擊saml兄喺山澗捉魚蝦係破壞緊生態環境嘅時候,有冇見過喺圖片區或其他位置,有魚友將強調"野生"嘅短鯛圖片post上來,然後其它魚友又說牠們這樣美,那樣特別的文章?(未見過的話,可以search吓,反正板主十分鼓勵大家用搜索功能,就當是練習吧!)難道大家不怕其它魚友甚或魚販見到?那時,商人爭相去捉魚返來賣俾大家.跟手又開開心心咁話返俾其它人知.難道大家又忘記了這也是破壞環境的行徑?

我讀過geogra,也看過不少nationl geographic.正如BeBe君所言,個別的捕獵是影響不了生態的,只有涉及商業活動才是問題的所在

hi, 其實有很多魚都未成功以人工方式繁殖，當中包括了大部份的琵琶。

To setup and maintain an aquarium is a very good hobby. But when you start to keep living things in your aquarium, then you've already destroyed its natural environment. There is no different between catch and buy. The only difference whether the fish is being caught by yourself or others.

In fact, all living things have their rights to live in a natural environment. Don't be a fool to think that you can provide a better environment to them like God. Human, always think that they are God. They believe that they have the right to manage other living things. They don't respect the right for living things but they ask for freedom and human right at the same time.
Stop keeping living thing if you want to protect the nature

In my opinion. Don't be too serious on this if you can provide a relatively good environment and take good care to your fish. Besides, don't treat them like toys.
子非魚怎知魚之樂

琵琶(異型)的大量人工繁殖的確尚未成功，所以好貴兼小有。
其實養怎麼動物和花草都一樣啊！講到最尾都是要做好Research先囉！這樣可以減少好多不必要的傷亡啊！

地球上空出現了大窿,才有人在傳媒中叫人保護環境,才知道某些不明顯之東西(如樹木)對地球是有保護性;人成日諗,我種一株樹這麼簡單,但要種大一棵樹,要需要十年,八年時間,我們現在保護大自然,不是為了自己,而是為了下一代,或再下一代,如果唔保護,好似廣告都有播過,我們的下一代可能要從書本上,才見到那種絕種之生物或植物。
p.s. 唔好話政府無做教育,有時係自己無留意[姐]。不過要睇自己之個人修養去到那裡。

In the contrary, have anyone put your excess fishes or even grasses back to the natural environment before?

I highly disagree that some people like to put their unwanted fishes and turtles into lake or reservoir, which alter the natural balance. And they may think those fish and turtle will be happy in natural environment, but actually, they are used to be fed and cannot make their life by themselves.

Totally agree with Ykk with a point to add on: The exotic species that are release into the wild will definitely alter the local eco-system. For example, mosquito fish were intoduced into streams to prevent the outbreak of mosquitos but at the same time they feed on tadpoles which destroy the population of certain frogs. Never, never release any exotic animals into our own country side! Even with local fish / shrimps, if you want to release them, make sure it is the same place where you caught them. Different location has different species of animals. Any foreigner will definitely make some change in those environment.

但其實自然本身亦會在時間的洪流中自然改變生態。
某些物種亦會自然地消失於地球之中。
人在保護或消滅某個物種的同時，亦在消滅或保護另一些物種。
人是自然界的一員，其實難免亦很應該影響著生態。
當我們「保護」著生態的同時，我們是否在破壞著另一個生態呢？
是否保留最多的物種，就是最好的生態呢？
