vicarrie: Just a few suggestions:
1. You tank is of almost 30l of water. Eden 501 is not enough for your tank.
2. Lighting of 24W is not enough for 陽草, in particular, 迷矮. But it should be fine for 陰草. That depends on your choice of plants. Also, make sure the tubes are of 6500k.
3. You may increase the CO2 supply to 1 bubble per second.
4. For the time being, you may forget about fertilizers - you may only need them after 3 months your tank has been set up.
5. Don't plant any 紅菊and綠菊. 'cos they grow very fast. You may have to frequently cut the plants due to the height of your tank.
