水:1-2星期換1/4How long has your tank been set up? If it's a new set up, you may change the water as frequent as daily. Otherwise, I prefer at least once a week, each of no more than 30%. Twice a week seems not enough for your tank.
石:青龍石x2Never use 青龍石. They affect the pH and water hardness much.
