Hi Mang,
I've shot my tank with your suggested setting, but the effect is still no good.

I think this is the problem of light source. I've got 3 X 14W(T5) for my tank. What's yours?

My tank is 10" high ,light 10w x1 (AA standard lighting)
If you shot for full view of tank.. i think macro function is not good for that .. see my pictures are close shot !!

difference shot angle can improve the result !!
