hi, i use 12" tank too~~

thats fun~~

when I set the tank few days, I put 3 Grade A black shrimp and 1 grade S+ Red shrimp.

1 black shrimp died after a day, but other still good.

After one week, i bought 3 more grade S+ red shrimps.

have yoou check your GH/KH? nitrate and nitrite level?
is that very important?

I check my GH/KH
but my paper strip is not very detail and use ppm units -_-
duno how to convert.

I know my water is hard and acid.
but i m not sure about the exact value.
