Hay guys I have recently made a few filters for my fish friends.
The procedures were very simple :-

1. Buy 1m very fine silk print screen material around 100 holes/cm. As the no. of hole increase so as the price ! In another word more finer more expensive ! Mine cost around $67/m.

2. Due to my job nature, I can mold the material into cup shape.
3. Simple use some plastic sheet around 2mm thick or any acylic plastic sheet which used for making the light box were OK for the ring. You need to make 2 of it.
4. apply glue on both sideof the ring and stick together with the molded screen in between, trim off the excessive material.
5. Here you go ! test it !!!!

Does it works ? well you have to ask some of the user la.

I tried this filter myself. i found the holes still bit big for 輪蟲. i needed to filter few more time for 輪蟲 but still only obtained 50 to 60%.

I bought this very fine screen just below the Kwung tong MTR station. I can't remember the name is a very big shop selling printing material (major in silk print)
