Can anybody share the experience of changing with internal canister to external canister? Surely get Crystal clear water as expect?

just move all the old filter material from old filter to new filter , and add new filter material to the new spare room can sure the filter working fine.

not sure whether "internal" + "canister" should be put together. Anyway I did it. I don't have a chance to use the old filter material coz my tank is filterless before but not easy to manage. I use new filter material in the new canister with a capsule of "cycle" everyday. change water once a week. luckily, all the fish survive and don't have algae boom. The smell is no good on the first couple days, but after around 2 wks I guess everything settle coz NO3 was rising and no NO2 detected. I use over the recommended volume of bio-rings in my P10. all together 1 litre for my 16-18L water.
