I think it depends on what plants you have. I changed to UP T8 20Wx3 more than a month ago. My experience is: the plants, particularly the red plants, are not growing as well as T5HO tubes. Probably T8 20Wx4 would be much better but you can't find such lighting case in FS (except 水x店, but the width of the case is too wide that it makes the daily maintenance difficult). I have changed back to T5HO 24Wx3 and all the plants in my tank restore to their perfect conditions in two weeks. If you choose T5HO tubes, AquaJapan is a good choice - only that the stands are fixed and you cannot flip them over for daily maintenance. Of course, you have to replace all the tubes to Philips 865 6500K since the original tubes are of 10000K which are not good for plants.
See whether other c hings can share their experience.
Yes, I am using AquaJpan T5HO and change to Philips 865 6500K tubes recently with Fish Fan recommendation, the tank condition is perfect now. You can find many tiny bubbles come out from the plants, so happy .....
