I've found this electronic thermometer at Ap Lui Street, the "street shop" is opposite to the one selling cooling fan.
(at left hand side 45 degree when your back facing the cooling fan shop). It says $40 but I get $5 discount!

I'm very happy with it and I watch the record highest temp everyday .

I buy this electronic thermometer because there is a huge error for the mini alcohol thermometer (costs $14). It always shows 2 degree higher than the digital one (visible error?).

Beside this one, there are different models and brand names and their prices are ranging from $20 to $80. Many good choices there.

In MK, the cheapest one is the AA brand (black in color) and it is sold $25 only by the lady at staircase. But it shows water temp only.

The located is circuled. Enjoy it

I went to Ap Liu Street Sat evening. The stall is kept by two women. Don't know whether it is the same stall that you bought the thermometer. The price tab marked $45 and the keeper refused to give any discount. So bad and I walk away.

Yes, it should be this shop! But I bought it from a man instead of that women. I understand that these women are really trouble as I've bought another from them before.

May be I bought it at around 7:00 pm while they were closing and that's why the man give me $5 discount. I think another reason may be "sea food" price.

is your electornic thermometer sticked on the outside of your tank?

Um...not stick as it looks like a photo frame which can stand alone on the table.

if it stand alone on the table, how to detect the temperature of water?

Can the see the electic wire (black in color) behind the thermometer? Similar to other digital thermometer, U've to immurse the sensor into water.
