I found a formula about CO2 right quantity, please share if this could be a guideline.

Number of bubbles per minute = litres in tank X 13 /100

For example: my tank 200L, I should use 26 bubbles per min or ~2 bubbles per second

唔係好明你的example. 1分鐘26個泡但1分鐘應有60秒; 咁每秒鐘唔係26/60=0.4個泡嗎?

不會這樣少吧？200L的缸26/Min？

The article suggested that 5-20 mg/l CO2 would be good for a normal
community tank due to the fact that most fish don't like CO2 to be
over 20mg/l and plants need at least 5mg/l for photosynthesis.

Btw, I should also add this with regard to the Co2 chart:

The Co2 chart depends on the amount of carbonate hardness (KH) present. KH, pH and CO2 have a fixed relationship as long as carbonate is the ONLY buffer present (no phosphate buffers like pH-UP and- DOWN, Discus Buffer, etc). You can determine CO2 concentration by measuring pH and KH and using the table above. A good range is 15-20 ppm. Keep in mind that good CO2 levels also require good light levels and proper nutrients and trace elements to be effective.

Thanks for your info. I got the chart also from a website.

At the same time, I found the above formula. May be it is not a good way to measure CO2 quantity or may be it is wrong.

Anyway, I believed you are right and measruing KH and PH to determine CO2 quantity is the best way.
