Your CO2 supply as saying 1 bubble per second is adequate for your tank. Please try the following adjustments:
1. ensure the CO2 bubbles are fine enough as seen staying in the water a few seconds before escaping the water surface is the best status. If not so, disconnect the diffuser, insert the CO2 supply hose into the filter inlet port, CO2 passes throught the pump and then ejects out will be atomised very good too.
2. place your lighting direct on top of the tank make it closer to your plants.
3. your plants are not significant even they have bubbles, put your eyes close to the leaves' bottom sides, if you see bubbles, you suceed.
4. to prove your tank's light and CO2, you better plant some 鹿角苔, as it is the fastest grass among all has the bubbles coming out, so if the 鹿角苔 has no bubble, you have to consider equip 2 more florescence lamps.
Have funs!
