我買了個日本 Jaqnx 白色CO2 長期測試器, 因為是日文只好看圖識字亦估估下跟指示放人缸水及滴入 5-6滴測試劑, 小心反轉及放入缸中.但有問題:
1. 測試器是否要在水中才反轉?
2. 測試器底部應該是有空氣定冇空氣?
3. 是否我裝錯或方法用錯, 個測試器好似冇反應? (成日都係黃色)

我見你貼圖時覺得你個CO2 濃度長期測試器好似同我隻一樣. 再請教:
1. 你滴入幾多滴測試劑? ( 見日文字 5 - 6滴, 我覺得好似過多 )
2. 定係滴 5 - 6 滴入測試杯 , 再滴 1 滴測試劑?
3. 勞煩你可否講解你的做法?

張缸水倒入測試杯至標準線....然後滴3滴測試劑至測試杯中......蓋好蓋...放入水中反轉 ....等三至四個鐘再睇睇結果...

No, submerge it upright to keep the test solution not leaking.

Yes, there should be air isolating the test solution from tank water. CO2 will push through the air equalizing in the chamber by equalibrium. How much air really doesn't matter.

BTW, I highly recommend Dupla, since it reacts much faster than other brands, and quite cheap.

I use Sera. According to the manual, have to turn it upside down (liquid at top, water chamber at bottom) before put it in water. Otherwise, the test kit liquid and tank water will just mixed!!!

I put 5 or 6 drops of tank water and then 3 drop of test liquid. Actually, you can put more as more as it is enough for your eye to justify the color.

I indicator start to change in about 30 minutes. Due to that lead time, pls don't add or reduce CO2 drastically other you will see fish to suffer before the indicator tell you.
