水草情迷

Does anyone had ever experience Anubias root rot?? the newly brought home anubias's freshy green and white root and green rhizome is OK the first day, but soon after two weeks they start to look bad...

Root turns to brownish from green and white, specially the tips of root. And mostly of the leaves are melting, they develop some sort of water-soaked spotty pattern on the back of leaf.
Also the rhizome are weird at the later stage of anubias death, rhizome become soft, the part where stem and rhizome meets become mushy and slimy. also there are sticking brown crud on the rhizome too....

All my Nana "Petite" are dead now, mostly.

Any help would be appreciated
