by the way, i have gone to the fish street to talk to a few people and i have gave up the arcadia. now, i am only considering a glo t5ho or ada grand solar. mostly, i will go for t5ho since the price is so much cheaper.
glo $780x2 without tube, ada grand solar $5500x2
=> HQI is the best choice but U MUST need water cooler
if not T5HO or PL are also the good choices
GLO is also good quality with reasonable price
ADA outlook is very nice but a bit expansive..
I buy my 5' T5HO x 4 tubes from Shenzhen which costs HK$700
+ my own transprtation cost (not advised as very trouble)
