想請問一下大家養"美國鳳尾苔"的經驗....請問呢種草易養嗎??

Yes, it's easy but make sure you can keep the temperature below 28c.

I don't have Co2 ! ! so can i still have this type of plant? coz is very very pretty ~ ~ many thx for your help ~~

In my experience, it will grow without CO2 but may not be as beautiful as it should be. Anyway, just be careful of the water temperature. Anything higher than 28c can kill.

You can try to use DIY
However, I believe it still can grow without CO2

It can grow well without co2 in water temperature below 28C.

It still can grow well (look very green n grow fast) at water temperature
up to 31.5C (one of my tank with many us fissiden without chiller and fan
in 20months time) when supplying co2 up to 60ppm>.

High water temperature would kill plants? are you sure?

fresh333: I have read the article. So what's your point? Are you going to conclude that high temperature will not kill plants? From the article?

Fish Fan: i was wandering before whether fissiden can keep in higher water temperature, as in my tank1
and tank2 with chiller keep them in below 26C, they grow well. i pick some out of it to my tank3 when it
is just new set up with no chiller and fan, but supplying very much of co2 than tank1 and 2, the temperature
in between 30~31.5c sometimes up 32c. It was amazing after 3months time, they grow very well and healthy.
