那么大概需要多少呢？一秒多少粒？
但是我的JBL Permanent Test co2 plus pH维持yellow，
已经2-3天换一次1/3的水，还是yellow。该怎么办？

Probably it's the acidic nature of the new soil that makes the pH value low. You should have at least 1-1.5 bubble per sec of CO2 supply. Keep changing water is good to make the pH a bit higher. One more thing: fertilizers are not required for new tank or algae will burst.
