I just setup my new tank on last Sunday:

detailed information:

Hardware
1) Tank 500x290x290
2) DIY CO2
3) 2x18WPL
4) ADA sand (brown color)

Grass type:
1) 4 pieces of "Sun"
2) some "Short Pearl"
3) some "six corner" on sink wood

No fish and no shrimp yet.

Sorry for my wording. But I think you guys can understand.

My question is:
1) Can I keep turning on the light as well as providing my DIY co2 non-stop everyday? I think the digest system is not built up yet and the tank is not clear. Will it be getting faster in this way?

2) Do I add fertilizer every week? When should I add fertilizer?

you use ADA sand or soil. There is a big difference since sand will make the water alkaline wheresa acidic if soil.Of course, acidic environment is suitable for aquar. grasses.
The length of time for turning on the light should be gradually increased.Maybe at first two to three hours for the first 4 days and then increased to 5 for another 4 days and so on. Remember, it should not be more than 10 hours.
you should add the fertilizer after the nitrifying system has been built up. The amount, of course, should be also increased gradually. Follow the instruction. If algo appears, stop adding the fertilizer.
by the way, digest system does not equal to 硝化系統。

dont turn on the light non-stop, it will cause algae bloom. diy co2 non-stop is ok. 1st time, just turn on the light 4-5 hours per day then only increase the timing slowly. until 8-10 hours per day is the maximum, dont over it.

wait until ur tank is stable then only add the fertilizer. do u got base fertilizer? if no, u may need to get those root fert and also the liquid fert. mostly u can start adding the liquid fert after 2-4 weeks time.
