Dear all,
I'm using 2 x 25W Life-gro, 1 x nec bio-lux (pink colour) for my tank lighting.
I thank many people have had the "Hagen" Life-gro, there is an indication of "330 Lux" on the package. Is that mean the 25W tube having total 330 Lux of lighting power?
If yes that mean I have about >660 Lux may be around 900 Lux (with the nec tube althrough pink tube is quite dark), is that right?
Sometimes I feel that combination is quite bright for almost my shade plants (I like shade plant very much since they do not require much cutting!) they gives a lot of bubbles under those lighting, but some Cryptocoryne species seem laying on the sand bed! According to a "quite pro."book published from Taiwan saying that these species require 1000 Lux, so this should be ok.....is that right? :c [glow color=darkred][/glow]
